Method: Method: * Beat yogurt and mix Salt, Cumin seeds, green chilies, Black pepper and coriander leaves. * Cut okra lengthwise and let it dry in air for 1 hour. * Remove from oil and dry with a tissue or towel. * Shallow fry okra in oil and make little crispy. * Now add it in yogurt mixture. * Serve with any BIRYANI, PARATHA, OR CHAPATI. |
