Method: Clean mogra, cutting oil both ends. Chop fine and wash. Rub salt into the chopped mogra, gently squeezing tan the water, Roast and powder the cumin seeds. Mix in the cumin and salt with the curd and add mogra. Stir in, and serve. (The same recipe may be used for white radish.) |
