Oily skin does not only make your face ugly and unattractive it also makes it greasy, which can lead to serious acne problems. Following are some tips for how to take care of oily skin.

Cleansing

The first tip among the tips of how to take care o oily skin is Cleansing. Cleansing is an essential thing while you are taking care of your oily skin. We recommend that you cleanse your skin at least twice a day. Cleansing makes your skin oily free. Once you are done cleansing we suggest that you do toning of your skin.

Remember to apply a sunscreen

Don’t forget to apply sunscreen. You must be aware of the fact that the use of sunscreen is very important for those who have oily skin. As oily skin is extremely susceptible to pigmentation. So, make sure you apply an SPF with minimum 20+ before you step out of your house.

Do not apply too much makeup

Another tip among the tips of how to take care of oily skin is; Do Not Apply Too Much Make-up. We suggest that people with oily skin avoid applying large amount of makeup. As makeup tends to spoil your skin, so make you sure you have applied minimal makeup. Use compact foundation in place of liquid. We also recommend that you use mineral makeup in-case you have oily skin.

Avoid Oily Food

It is best to avoid foods that have too much of oil in them. It tends to build the oil level in your body which in turn will make your skin look all the more greasy.

Method 1

Step 1 :- Soak your feet in warm water on a nightly basis. Avoid hot water, which can make dryness worse. Instead, fill a tub with warm water, puncture a vitamin E capsule and drain the contents into the tub. Submerge your feet for five minutes, which will help soften the skin in preparation for the pumice stone.

Step 2:- When you’ve soaked your feet, use the pumice stone to exfoliate the rough skin on your feet. Take care that you don’t buff away all of the calluses–they help to protect the delicate skin on your feet. Just buff away flakes and dead skin for smoother feet.

step 3:- Coat your feet in a thick coat of good-quality moisturizer. Once your feet are coated, slip on a pair of thick wool socks.This will help warm the moisturizer for better penetration and smoother feet. If possible, sleep with the socks on so your feet get overnight moisturizing.

Method 2

Step 1:- Take water in a bowl, and make it lukewarm, not boiling because boiling water in summer can cause more damage than it can be of help.

Step 2:-Then put 2 tea bags of Green Tea in the lukewarm water. 2 Tea bags are equivalent to 2 table spoons of Green Tea.

Step 3:- Dip your feet in the mixture for at least 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 4:- The dipping process will soften the dead skin on your feet, which can now be easily removed. Get a pumice stone and rub your feet with it gently.

Step 5:- Now apply the feet scrub, i normally prefer Hollywood’s. Scrub your feet very gently for 10 minutes or so.

Step 6:- Wash off the scrub and apply a moisturizing cream leave it on for better result. And you will feel your feet soft and beautiful again

For Better result try any of the above method at least once a week. Because having beautiful feet is not only considered fashion but also healthy.

Chicken Macaroni Soup






Ingredients :-

Butter 1tbsp
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Bay leaf 1
Black pepper grounded 1tsp
Chicken stock 4 cup
Marconi 1/2 cup boiled
Chicken breast sliced 1
Mushroom ½ cup sliced
Flour 1tbsp
Ginger/garlic chopped 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp

Cooking Directions :-

Melt 1tbsp of butter in pan.
Add 1 breast sliced chicken with 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp of salt, 1tsp of black pepper, and 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and allow frying.
Now add 1tbsp of flour and 4 cups of stock.
Put 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms.
Now lastly add ½ cup of boiled macaronis.
Garnish with fresh cream and parsley
Delicious chicken macaroni soup is ready to serve.
