Method: Rub crushed garlic with salt. Add to yoghurt and whisk. Reserve a bit of the chilli and cumin powders and mix the rest into the yoghurt. Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved cumin and chilli in a decorative design on the yogurt. Chill before serving. |
