Method: In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add ½ cup finely chopped spinach, 1 clove chopped garlic and ¼ tsp crushed black pepper in it and sauté. Remove from stove and let spinach cool. In a bowl, mix together 1 cup beaten yogurt, ½ tsp crushed cumin, 2 chopped green chillies and ½ tsp salt and mix properly. Delicious Spinach Raita is ready to serve. |
